Our guarantee has two basic requirements as follows:

1. You must verify compatibility with your system prior to purchase by downloading and creating a boot CD or USB drive using the Download link located on any of our web pages. Compatibility is confirmed when you are able to display a list of usernames from your SAM file similar to image 3-e on the download page.

2. You must allow us to troubleshoot any issues first. The reason we ask this is because over 90% of our customers are able to reset their passwords without the need of any support from us. Of the remaining 10%, most problems are simple errors made by the user that are easily remedied with a short email or two.

Less than 1% of our customers have issues that are not easily fixed. This is due to their password problem being caused by some sort of malware and not that they simply forgot their password. Fortunately, we have come up with solutions to these situations as well and are able to help them too. So no matter what your reason is for needing Password Reset, we can get you logged back into Windows.

If you have Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008 Server and are running a domain controller, you will have local Administrator access via Directory Services Restore Mode. Please see our FAQ for more information on these types of machines.

For our protection, users who do not confirm the compatibility of the boot disk prior to purchasing the activation key or wipe their hard drive and reinstall Windows will not qualify for our guarantee. Guarantee is valid for 14 days and applies to the computer our software was originally purchased for only.

Refunds will not be given due to claims that password was suddenly remembered before software was used, claims that software was purchased in error, or because of changing your mind (buyer's remorse). All sales are final in these cases or similar circumstances.

Purchases of our retail version that are sent back without prior authorization and adhering to our troubleshooting policy above will incur a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
