If you are unable to create your own boot CD or USB drive, or would prefer to have it made for you, I can send you your choice of my software on CD, USB Thumb-Drive or both formats. You can choose to have it sent First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail. The cost of the software depends on which media you chose and the type of shipping. The media is priced as follows: CD-R Printed disc - $5 USB Thumb-Drive with adhesive label - $15 Both CD-R & USB Thumb-Drive formats - $18 The shipping is priced as follows: USPS First Class Mail - $3 (CD comes in plain snap case) USPS Priority Mail - $10 (CD comes in full clam-shell case with printed cover as shown below) USPS Express Mail - $25 (CD comes in full clam-shell case with printed cover as shown below)For example - CD-R sent First Class Mail would be $5 + $3 S&H for a total of $8 - Your order will be totaled up correctly when you check out. Very Important! You must purchase the activation key once you determine that the software is compatible with your computer system once you receive it. $5 Rebate - Receive a $5 rebate on your activation key when you order the shipped media. You can request a $5 rebate after you order your activation key. Simply submit the support form using the link at the top of any page and put "SHIPPED MEDIA REBATE" in the notes section at the bottom. You will receive your rebate as soon as I verify your order of the key and shipped media. (Be sure to use the same email address you used when placing your orders so I can match them up and apply your rebate) Please use the appropriate link below to order. Also, the need for an activation key is eliminated to save time when resetting client machines on a regular basis.
